I had been wanting my garden done for a while, and although I had ideas what I liked I didn't know how it could all fit together. I am so happy I called Louis and Olly as from the initial visit I knew they got it. They helped design my garden, taking my ideas and making them all fit together, and have transformed it.

They discussed throughout what they were doing and not only did what I had asked but brought their expertise to add elements I hadn't thought of.

Olly and Louis were fantastic throughout the process of landscaping our townhouse garden, from design through to finishing touches. They worked extremely hard to transform our shady, damp garden into a tranquil, Zen-like extension of our home. When we were looking to remodel our garden, Louis and Olly stood out from the beginning. They impressed us immediately with their great ideas, relaxed and down-to-earth vibe, and transparency when it came to the quoting process. They stuck to the agreed timescales and carried out the work quickly, conscientiously, and to a very high standard. They were also very careful when it came to moving equipment and materials through the house... This was especially important to us as we have no rear access and had installed a brand new kitchen in the previous weeks!

Whilst a couple of extra expenses popped up during the landscaping process, something we had expected, Louis and Olly always gave us an honest appraisal of our options and the few additional costs were both reasonable and fair. In addition to the high quality of their work, Louis, Olly and all their team were genuinely great guys and a pleasure to have around the house for a few weeks. Now our garden is finished and planted out we are 100% happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Louis and Olly to others.

We highly recommend the work of Craft. They made a fantastic job of our new patio and made excellent suggestions about design and materials when we were unsure. Both Olly and Louis take a pride in their work and pay attention to detail. For example, they were very careful to ensure that colours of the patio as well as borders along flower beds toned in with the colour and structure of our old stone house and were flexible as regards plans which evolved during construction. Subsequently Olly and Louis have returned to repoint some stone walls and ensured that the new pointing blended in to the existing brickwork. They are extremely reliable and always kept us informed as well as being very easy to have working around the house.

A huge thank you to Louis and Olly for our fantastic new garden! The team have transformed what was a largely unusable space into a lovely garden with areas for relaxation and play. From the beginning, they were excellent at listening to our requirements and working with us on various options to ensure we found the best solutions for our sloping garden that worked within our budget. Once work started, they were great at keeping us informed and discussing any necessary adaptations as things progressed. The workmanship of the finished result, including new fencing, new retaining walls and patio and a new level play area, is of an incredibly high standard and all completed within just a few weeks. We are beyond happy with the end result and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Olly & Louis are excellent in all hard landscaping aspects. They were able to complete within time and were punctual on a daily basis. They were good communicators, considerate of your personal safety and were open to and willing to create unusual garden layout plans. Fantastic wall renovation and rendering work; outstanding timberwork and patio building. Louis and Olly did two building projects for us over the last year. Firstly, they laid a patio and carried out some landscaping in our back garden then laid a new drive for us. On both occasions, we were impressed by their expertise and professionalism. Even though we had a specific brief, they advised us at all stages, including the best materials to use. They were always responsive and carried out both jobs to budget and on time. I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

We needed to have urgent repair and renovation work done to the perimeter walls in the back garden and decided to have other work done at the same time. Craft were recommended as a company both trustworthy and very professional. Even though we were out of the country at the time, Olly conducted a survey making excellent recommendations on best potential options for the work and provided us with a very reasonable quotation. All of the work was completed while we were away and on our return we were immensely pleased at the quality of the work conducted. Olly and Louis were extremely reliable, professional, respectful of the property, communicative and produced high quality work.
